How Preserve Works

Welcome to Preserve: the stylist concierge you have been waiting for.
We are over the moon to share that we are officially launched, and ready to style you. We are taking a new approach to rental: by offering global fashion with a heavy emphasis on sizing. 
Our mission is to improve women's lives. We are here to bring the joy back into the outfit sourcing process and create a space for you to feel taken care of and empowered. 

 

This company is built by women who understand the problem. 

How does the process work?

1. Select an outfit

Browse a curated collection of iconic outfits tailored to your aesthetic based on the details we received. Work with our top stylists to select an outfit that speaks to you. Email support@preserve.rent to ask real women questions about certain outfits. 

  • Select Size: You can mix and match top and bottom sizes. Please measure your chest (widest part) and upper waist (approx 2-3" above belly button) to ensure accurate fit. 
(in the notes section we ask for your height, chest & waist measurements to cross check fit. If something feels off, we will let you know asap and get you set)
  • Select Delivery Date: Select delivery date knowing you have 7 days to return it for standard delivery. 
(we don't want you to worry about it not fitting and stressing right before an event, which is why we extended the standard rental to 7 days. Normally you will receive Monday (or 5 days) prior to event date, if that is the date you choose) 
  • Select Rental Length: 7, 10 or 14 day rental options available
(So many destination weddings happening turning into extended vacas! If by chance you're traveling out of the country for 7+ days, you're able to extend the rental for a minimal fee. ($25 per outfit). If you are traveling within the U.S. you can return from anywhere.)

2. Payment

The fee is on each product page. If you rent multiple outfits it discounts $25 each outfit. The rental includes dry cleaning & round trip shipping along with minor damage repair.

    3. Rental 

    We will get the outfit to you by your desired delivery date. If event is over the weekend we recommend selecting Tuesday delivery prior. That way you'll have a few days with the outfit to ensure fit, and style with accessories and shoes. accommodate our 7 day rental period. If you need it longer than 7 days, no problem. There are drop down options for 10, and 14 day rental. 

    Preserve Perks

    • Fit: We are incredibly proactive on ensuring fit and take multi-steps to ensure so. We will guarantee you will 
    • Selection: Preserve is becoming known for our unique, one-of-kind outfits. Why renting something similar that you have in your closet?
    • Concierge: We hand hold you as little or as much as you want us to
    • Rental Length: Our rental lengths are incredibly long to alleviate stress and worry. We send it to you no later than 5 days prior. Length is 7-14 days.
    • Outfit Exclusivity: We are the ONLY company to track by event hashtag. Meaning we guarantee you won't show up in the same outfit as another guest at a wedding or event if they rent from us. Once you rented, it's off the market for that event.
